What kind of items do you accept?

We accept a thoughtfully curated mix of children’s clothing, outerwear, shoes, books, and toys in clean, gently used condition. Our intake changes seasonally depending on upcoming online releases and pop-up markets.

Do you accept all brands?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we love a good mix.  From familiar favourite brands to premium labels, we’re less focused on the name on the tag and more interested in pieces that are well made, in great condition, and ready to be loved by another family. Keeping a range of styles and price points is part of making Gather & Grow feel welcoming to everyone.

How do I start the consignment process?

Start by completing our short online form to share a little about the pieces you’d like to consign. Once submitted, you’ll be able to choose a drop-off appointment that works for you.

Question 4

Will all of my pieces be accepted?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. At your drop-off appointment, we’ll make our final selection based on condition, season, style, current inventory, and what we think will sell well for our Gather & Grow community. Any pieces we don’t accept will remain with you.

Question 5

Where will my pieces be sold?

Accepted Answer

Gather & Grow pieces may be sold in a few different ways. Our own pop-ups feature a larger in-person collection, while seasonal markets include a smaller curated selection. We also release pieces online throughout the season. We’ll choose the best fit for each item — and some pieces may be offered in more than one place.

How does consignment payout work?

Accepted Answer

Once one of your pieces sell, you’ll receive 45% of the final sale price. For market sales, payouts are issued within two weeks after the market has ended. For website sales, payouts are issued monthly, along with a summary of the items that sold.
