01 ACCEPTED ITEMS

All items are reviewed by Gather & Grow during your drop-off appointment. We may accept or decline items based on condition, season, style, size, current inventory, and suitability for upcoming sales. Items must be clean, in good condition, and ready for resale. We may remove an item from sale if we later discover stains, damage, excessive wear, odour, missing pieces, a recall, or another issue that makes it unsuitable. You confirm that you own the items you provide, have the right to consign them and, to the best of your knowledge, they are authentic, safe, and not subject to product recall. Only items accepted by Gather & Grow are covered by this agreement.

02 PRICING & DISCOUNTS

​

Gather & Grow determines the selling price of accepted items based on factors including brand, condition, original retail value, resale value, and customer demand. Our goal is to price pieces thoughtfully to encourage sell-through while offering fair value to both consignors and shoppers. Gather & Grow may discount an item by up to 25% from its original listed price without additional approval. Your payout is calculated using the actual final selling price after any discount, excluding applicable sales taxes.

03 CONSIGNMENT SPLIT

​

For every item sold: consignor receives 45% and Gather & Grow receives 55%. Gather & Grow’s share covers the work involved in reviewing, preparing, pricing, merchandising, photographing where applicable, marketing, selling and processing consigned inventory.

04 WHERE AND WHEN ITEMS MAY BE SOLD

​

Accepted items for this intake period will be offered for sale at the Made in the 604 Holiday Market, where Gather & Grow will be participating as a vendor, as well as through Gather & Grow’s website, online sales, and promotional channels. Unless otherwise agreed, this consignment period includes the November 2026 Holiday Market and online sales through February 28, 2027. Gather & Grow determines when, where, and through which sales channel individual items are offered during this period. Acceptance of an item does not guarantee that it will sell.

05 PAYMENTS

​

Payment for items sold during the Holiday Market will be processed within 14 days after the market. Payment for online sales afterward will be issued monthly by the 15th of the following month. All payments will normally be sent by e-transfer using the email address provided by the consignor. If a transaction is cancelled, refunded, or determined fraudulent before consignor payment is issued, no payout will be owing for that sale.

06 UNSOLD ITEMS

​

Unsold items will be returned or donated, as indicated by the consignor below. If return is selected, we will provide pickup information after the consignment period. Returned items must be collected within 14 days of the pickup notification unless other arrangements are made. Items not collected during that period may be donated. No payment is owing for unsold items.

07 CARE OF CONSIGNED ITEMS

​

Gather & Grow will take reasonable care of items while they are in our possession. However, consigned items are left with Gather & Grow at the consignor's risk. We are not responsible for accidental loss, theft, or damage occurring despite reasonable care.

08 PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING

​

The consignor authorizes Gather & Grow to photograph and promote accepted items for the purpose of selling and marketing our inventory. Images may be used on our website, social media, email marketing, advertisements, and other promotional materials. 

​

09 RETURNS, SAFETY & MISREPRESENTATION 

​

If a customer transaction is refused because an item was materially misrepresented, defective, unsafe, counterfeit, or otherwise unsuitable for resale and that issue was not disclosed by the consignor, we may withhold or recover the applicable consignor payout. We may also remove any item from sale that we believe is unsafe, recalled, counterfeit, or unsuitable.

10 AGREEMENT 

​

By signing below, you confirm that you have read and agree to these consignment terms, that the information you have provided is accurate, and that you authorize Gather & Grow to price and sell accepted items under these terms. You understand that your payout is based on the final selling price. This agreement may be signed electronically.
